Ingredients
  

  • 8 oz grilled steak sliced
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 avocado sliced
  • 1 cup arugula
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1/2 tsp chili flakes
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1/2 tsp dried herbs optional

Instructions
 

  • Season the steak by rubbing it with salt, pepper, and olive oil.
  • Grill or pan-sear the steak for 3 to 4 minutes per side.
  • Fry the eggs in a hot pan until the edges are crispy, then sprinkle with chili flakes.
  • Slice the avocado.
  • Assemble the bowl by layering arugula, sliced steak, avocado, and fried eggs.
