- 1/2 cup yellow onion diced

- 15 ounces tomato sauce
- 1 cup beef broth
- 3/4 cup heavy whipping cream
- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
Cook shell pasta according to package directions until al dente, then drain and set aside.
