- 2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
- 1 teaspoon ground cumin
- 1 teaspoon chili powder
- ¼ cup fresh cilantro chopped (optional)
- 2 tablespoons freshly squeezed lime juice
Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) and lightly coat a baking dish with nonstick spray.
Place the chicken breasts in the baking dish and drizzle with olive oil to coat evenly.
