Ingredients
  

  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 1 small onion diced
  • 4 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes halved
  • 12 ounces frozen langostino tails thawed and patted dry
  • 16 ounces lobster bisque
  • 1/4 cup fresh parsley chopped
  • 1 pound spaghetti cooked
  • Optional: 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese

Instructions
 

  • Melt butter in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
  • Add diced onion, halved cherry tomatoes, and minced garlic; season with salt and pepper.
  • Sauté for 5 minutes until onions are translucent.
  • Add langostino tails and season lightly with salt and pepper, stirring to combine.
  • Pour in lobster bisque and stir until the mixture is well blended.
  • Add garlic powder, and adjust salt and pepper to taste; stir in chopped parsley.
  • Toss cooked spaghetti in the sauce, ensuring even coating.
  • Serve warm, topped with optional Parmesan cheese.

Notes

  • Use fresh langostino if available for enhanced flavor.
  • Parmesan cheese adds richness but can be omitted for a lighter dish.
  • Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 2 days.
