- 12 ounces dry pasta shells or penne
- 7 ounces block feta cheese
- 2 cups cherry tomatoes
- 4 garlic cloves
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes
- 1/4 cup fresh basil leaves chopped
Preheat oven to 400°F and bring a large pot of salted water to a boil.
Place cherry tomatoes and garlic in a baking dish, drizzle with olive oil, and season with salt, black pepper, and red pepper flakes.
Arrange feta cheese block in the center of the baking dish beside the tomatoes.
