- 1 ball 4.4 oz fresh burrata cheese
- 2 medium ripe tomatoes sliced
- 2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
- 1 garlic clove halved
- Flaky sea salt to taste
- Freshly ground black pepper to taste
- 6 –8 fresh basil leaves torn
- 1 teaspoon balsamic glaze optional
Toast sourdough slices until golden and crisp using a toaster or grill pan.
While toasts are warm, rub the cut side of the garlic clove on one side of each toast.
