Ingredients
  

  • 12 dumplings fresh or frozen
  • 4 cups chopped lettuce
  • 1 cup thinly sliced red cabbage
  • 1 red bell pepper thinly sliced
  • 1 small cucumber thinly sliced
  • ½ cup shredded carrots
  • ¼ cup thinly sliced red onion
  • ¼ cup fresh cilantro leaves
  • ¼ cup roasted peanuts chopped
  • ½ cup Pepper Exchange Thai Chili Guava Sauce

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the air fryer to 350°F and arrange dumplings in a single layer.
  • Air fry dumplings for 8 to 10 minutes, flipping halfway, until golden and crispy.
  • In a large bowl, combine lettuce, red cabbage, bell pepper, cucumber, carrots, red onion, and cilantro.
  • Pour the Thai Chili Guava Sauce over the vegetables and gently toss to coat.
  • Divide the salad onto plates, top each portion with 3 dumplings, and sprinkle with chopped peanuts.
  • Serve immediately for best texture and flavor.

  • Use fresh or frozen dumplings based on convenience.
  • Adjust the amount of chili guava sauce to taste for spice control.
