Ingredients
  

  • 1 pound cellentani pasta
  • 1.5 pounds boneless skinless chicken breasts cubed
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 teaspoon Cajun seasoning
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • chopped green onions for garnish

Instructions
 

  • Cook the pasta according to package directions until al dente, then drain and set aside.
  • Heat olive oil and butter in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
  • Add cubed chicken to the skillet and cook until golden brown, about 6 to 8 minutes.
  • Stir in minced garlic, Cajun seasoning, salt, and pepper; cook for an additional minute until fragrant.
  • Pour in honey and soy sauce; let simmer for 2 to 3 minutes until the sauce thickens slightly.
  • Reduce heat to low and stir in heavy cream and Parmesan cheese until the sauce is smooth.
  • Add the cooked pasta to the skillet and toss to coat evenly with the sauce.
  • Serve immediately, garnished with chopped green onions and extra Parmesan if desired.

Notes

  • For a spicier kick, increase Cajun seasoning.
