- 1.5 pounds boneless skinless chicken breasts cubed
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 2 cloves garlic minced
- 1 teaspoon Cajun seasoning
- 1/4 cup honey
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
