  • 2 tablespoons olive oil

  • 1 tablespoon butter

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the grill or skillet over medium-high heat.
  • Rub the steaks with olive oil, minced garlic, chopped rosemary, salt, and pepper.
  • Place the steaks on the grill or skillet.
  • Cook for 4-5 minutes on each side for medium-rare doneness.
  • Add butter on top of the steaks during the last minute of cooking.
  • Remove the steaks from heat and let them rest for 5 minutes.
  • Slice the steaks and serve with your favorite sides.
