1 crockpot slow cooker for cooking chicken
1 medium bowl for mixing sauce
2 forks for shredding chicken
- 4 boneless skinless chicken breasts
- 1/2 cup soy sauce
- 1/2 cup honey
- 4 cloves garlic minced
- 1 tablespoon fresh ginger grated
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes optional
- 2 green onions sliced (for garnish)
