- 4 large bell peppers
- 2 cups cooked macaroni
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup cooked and crumbled bacon
- 1/2 pound ground beef
- 1/4 cup diced onions
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
Preheat the smoker to 225°F.
Cut the tops off the bell peppers and remove the seeds.
Cook ground beef with diced onions in a skillet until browned, then drain excess fat.
In a large bowl, combine cooked macaroni, shredded cheddar, crumbled bacon, cooked ground beef, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
Stuff the prepared bell peppers with the macaroni and beef mixture and sprinkle breadcrumbs on top.
Place the stuffed peppers in the smoker and smoke for 1 hour.
Remove the peppers from the smoker and allow them to cool slightly before serving.
