Ingredients
  

  • 6 fully cooked breakfast sausage links
  • 4 large eggs
  • 1 tablespoon milk
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 can 8 oz refrigerated crescent roll dough

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the oven according to the crescent roll package instructions.
  • Melt butter in a skillet over medium heat and warm the sausage links.
  • In a bowl, whisk eggs, milk, salt, and pepper; scramble the egg mixture in the skillet until fully cooked.
  • Unroll the crescent roll dough and separate into triangles.
  • Place a spoonful of the sausage and egg mixture on each dough triangle.
  • Sprinkle cheddar cheese over the filling, then roll each triangle from the wide end to the point.
  • Arrange the roll-ups on a baking sheet and bake according to package instructions until golden brown.
