Ingredients
  

  • 1.25 pounds salmon fillets cut into 1-inch cubes
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 teaspoons brown sugar
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper
  • sesame seeds for garnish (optional)
  • cilantro for garnish (optional)
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons chili sauce
  • 1/2 teaspoon soy sauce
  • 1/2 teaspoon Sriracha sauce
  • 1 teaspoon fresh lime juice

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 425°F and line a rimmed baking tray with aluminum foil; lightly spray with nonstick spray.
  • In a bowl, gently toss salmon cubes with olive oil, brown sugar, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper until evenly coated.
  • Arrange salmon bites evenly spaced on the prepared baking tray.
  • Bake salmon for 8 minutes until mostly cooked through.
  • Meanwhile, combine mayonnaise, chili sauce, soy sauce, Sriracha, and lime juice in a small bowl to make the bang bang sauce.
  • Switch oven to broil and place the tray on the top rack; broil salmon for 2 minutes to crisp the edges.
  • Serve salmon bites with bang bang sauce as an appetizer or with rice and cucumber salad for salmon bowls.

  • Cut salmon into uniform cubes for even cooking.
  • Use fresh lime juice for best sauce flavor.
