Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups leftover chili
  • 1 large bag tortilla chips
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup black beans drained and rinsed
  • 2 green onions sliced
  • 1/4 cup sour cream
  • 1 jalapeño sliced
  • Fresh cilantro optional
  • Lime wedges for serving

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the oven to 400°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • Spread tortilla chips evenly on the prepared baking sheet.
  • Spoon leftover chili over the chips, leaving some chips uncovered.
  • Sprinkle black beans and shredded cheddar cheese over the chili-topped chips.
  • Bake in the oven for 8 to 10 minutes until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
  • Remove from oven and top with sliced green onions, jalapeños, and cilantro if using.
  • Serve hot with sour cream and lime wedges.
