- 2 cups broth or water
- ⅔ cup creamy peanut butter
- 3 garlic cloves minced
- 4 tablespoons soy sauce
- 2 teaspoons rice vinegar
- 14 –20 frozen dumplings depending on dish size
- 2 cups broccoli florets trimmed into small pieces
Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C) and prepare a medium casserole dish or oven-safe braiser.
Pour the broth into the baking dish and whisk in peanut butter, minced garlic, soy sauce, and rice vinegar until mostly smooth.
Place the frozen dumplings flat-side down into the sauce and spoon some sauce over each dumpling to coat.
Arrange the broccoli florets around the dumplings, ensuring they are partially covered by the sauce.
Cover the dish with a lid or foil and bake for 20 minutes.
Remove the cover and stir the sauce gently. Let the dish sit uncovered for 5 minutes to thicken slightly.
Sprinkle with green onions, cilantro, sesame seeds, and chili crisp if desired before serving.
