Ingredients
  

  • 1 bag frozen or homemade fries
  • 1/2 lb ground beef
  • 1/2 cup diced tomatoes or salsa
  • 1/4 cup chopped onion
  • 1/2 cup nacho cheese sauce
  • 1/4 cup sour cream
  • 1/4 cup sliced jalapeños
  • 1 tsp taco seasoning
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
 

  • Cook fries according to package instructions until crispy.
  • In a skillet over medium heat, cook ground beef with chopped onions until browned.
  • Add taco seasoning and diced tomatoes or salsa to the beef. Simmer for 3 to 5 minutes.
  • Place cooked fries on a serving plate and top with the beef mixture.
  • Drizzle nacho cheese sauce over the fries and beef.
  • Garnish with sliced jalapeños and a drizzle of sour cream.
  • Serve immediately while hot.

  • Use fresh jalapeños for extra heat or mild pickled ones.
