Ingredients
  

  • 20 regular Oreo cookies half of a 15.5 oz package
  • 24 oz white chocolate morsels
  • 0.25 to 0.5 teaspoons mint extract to taste
  • Green food coloring as needed

Instructions
 

  • Break Oreo cookies into small pieces and place them in a mixing bowl.
  • Melt white chocolate morsels using a double boiler or microwave until smooth.
  • Stir in mint extract and green food coloring into the melted chocolate quickly.
  • Fold in the broken Oreo pieces until evenly distributed throughout the chocolate.
  • Pour the mixture into a wax paper-lined baking pan and spread it evenly.
  • Transfer the baking pan to the freezer and chill for two hours.
  • Remove from the freezer, break into bite-sized pieces, and serve.
