- 1.5 cups vegetable broth
- 16 ounces gnocchi
- 1/2 cup sun-dried tomatoes drained and chopped
- 1/8 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes
- 1/8 teaspoon kosher salt plus more to taste
- 1/4 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper plus more to taste
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese plus more for serving
- 2/3 cup heavy whipping cream
- 2 cups baby spinach roughly chopped
- 5 to 6 fresh basil leaves chiffonaded
Heat olive oil in a large sauté pan over medium-low heat; add garlic and Italian seasoning and sauté until fragrant and tender.
