Ingredients
  

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • 8 large flour tortillas
  • 2 cups cooked macaroni pasta
  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup cooked crispy bacon crumbled
  • 1 tablespoon ketchup
  • 1 tablespoon mustard
  • 2 tablespoons butter melted

Instructions
 

  • Cook ground beef in a skillet over medium heat with salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder until browned; drain excess grease.
  • In a bowl, combine cooked macaroni, shredded cheddar cheese, crumbled bacon, ketchup, mustard, and the cooked ground beef; mix thoroughly.
  • Lay out each tortilla and place an even portion of the mac and cheese beef mixture on it, then roll tightly like a burrito.
  • Brush each roll with melted butter, then cook in a skillet over medium heat for 2 to 3 minutes per side, until golden and crispy.
  • Slice rolls and serve warm with your favorite dipping sauce.
