Ingredients
  

  • 4 cups frozen or fresh fries
  • 2 tablespoons Cajun seasoning
  • 1 cup shredded cheese cheddar or cheese blend
  • 1/4 cup tangy sauce such as ranch or spicy aioli
  • 2 tablespoons sliced green onions optional
  • 2 tablespoons sliced jalapeños optional

Instructions
 

  • Cook fries according to package directions or until crispy if using fresh fries.
  • Place hot fries in a large bowl and toss with Cajun seasoning until evenly coated.
  • Transfer seasoned fries to a baking sheet and sprinkle shredded cheese evenly over them.
  • Place the baking sheet under the oven broiler until cheese melts and becomes bubbly.
  • Remove from oven and drizzle tangy sauce over the fries.
  • Add optional sliced green onions and jalapeños if desired, then serve immediately.
