Ingredients
  

  • 1 loaf French bread
  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 3.5 oz white cooking wine
  • 3 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1/2 tsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 10.75 oz condensed cheddar cheese soup
  • dash of pepper
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
  • In a large skillet over medium heat, brown ground beef with butter.
  • Season the beef with white cooking wine, minced garlic, onion powder, and a dash of pepper until no pink remains.
  • Drain excess liquid from the skillet and return the beef mixture to the pan.
  • Stir in Worcestershire sauce, condensed cheddar cheese soup, and shredded cheddar cheese.
  • Heat over low heat, stirring continuously until the cheese is melted, then cover and remove from heat.
  • Slice French bread into four equal sections, then cut each in half vertically.
  • Fill each bread half with one quarter of the meat mixture.
  • Spray the exterior of each sandwich with non-stick cooking spray.
  • Wrap each sandwich tightly in aluminum foil and place on a cookie sheet.
  • Bake in the oven for 10 to 15 minutes until heated through.
