- 2 tablespoons neutral oil
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon optional
- 1 pound lean ground beef 90% lean preferred
- 2 tablespoons taco seasoning
- 1 tablespoon tomato paste
- 2 cups cottage cheese
- 2 avocados cubed or sliced (optional)
- 4 tablespoons hot honey or to taste
- Salt and pepper to taste
