Ingredients
  

  • 1 lb shrimp peeled and deveined
  • 3 tablespoons honey
  • 2 tablespoons lime juice
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 teaspoon chili powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh cilantro for garnish
  • 1 cup Greek yogurt
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup fresh cilantro chopped
  • 1 tablespoon lime juice
  • 1 clove garlic minced
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
 

  • Whisk honey, lime juice, olive oil, minced garlic, chili powder, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
  • Add shrimp to the marinade and coat well. Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
  • Preheat grill or skillet over medium-high heat.
  • Cook shrimp for 2 to 3 minutes per side until pink and cooked through.
  • Remove shrimp from heat and garnish with fresh cilantro.
  • In a mixing bowl, combine Greek yogurt and mayonnaise.
  • Stir in chopped cilantro, lime juice, minced garlic, salt, and pepper until smooth.
  • Adjust seasoning of dip to taste.
  • Arrange shrimp bites on a platter and serve with the creamy cilantro dip on the side.
