Ingredients
  

  • 4 large eggs
  • 1 cup fresh spinach chopped
  • 1 cup mushrooms sliced
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
