- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
- 2 cups chopped fresh vegetables lettuce, tomatoes, cucumbers
- 4 tortilla wraps whole wheat or spinach preferred
Wash and chop fresh vegetables into bite-sized pieces.
Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
