- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 can 15 oz green beans, drained
- 1 can 10.5 oz cream of mushroom soup
- ½ cup milk
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup French fried onions
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
Brown the ground beef in a skillet over medium heat until fully cooked, breaking it apart, then drain excess fat.
In a mixing bowl, combine cooked ground beef, drained green beans, cream of mushroom soup, milk, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
Spread the mixture evenly in a greased 9x13 inch baking dish.
Sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese evenly over the top.
Bake for 25 minutes until bubbly and cheese is melted.
Remove from the oven, sprinkle French fried onions on top, then bake an additional 5 to 10 minutes until golden brown.
