Ingredients
  

  • 2 boneless skinless chicken breasts
  • 2 ripe avocados
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes halved
  • Juice of 2 limes
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon chili powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh cilantro for garnish optional

Instructions
 

  • In a mixing bowl, whisk together olive oil, lime juice, garlic powder, chili powder, salt, and pepper to create the marinade.
  • Coat the chicken breasts thoroughly with the marinade, cover, and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
  • Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
  • Grill the marinated chicken breasts for 6-7 minutes on each side, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F.
  • While the chicken grills, slice avocados and halve the cherry tomatoes, preparing them for serving.
  • Remove the chicken from the grill and let it rest for a few minutes to allow juices to redistribute.
  • Serve the grilled chicken topped with avocado slices, cherry tomatoes, and garnish with fresh cilantro if desired.
