- 2 teaspoons ground cumin
- 3/4 teaspoon active dry yeast
- 1 teaspoon ground black pepper
- 2 cups room temperature water
- 1 1/2 cups Monterrey Jack or cheddar cheese shredded
- 1 4 ounce can green chilis, with juice
Mix whole wheat flour, all-purpose flour, salt, cumin, yeast, and black pepper in a medium bowl.
