- 1 lb beef sirloin or ribeye cut into bite-size cubes
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 3 tbsp butter halal
- 4 cloves garlic minced
- 2 tbsp fresh chopped chives or parsley
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp crushed red pepper optional
- 2 cups potatoes diced
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp butter
- 1/2 tsp paprika
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 3 –4 eggs
- 1 tbsp butter or oil
- Pinch of black pepper
- Pinch of dried herbs parsley, chive, oregano
Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat; add diced potatoes and cook until golden and crispy. Season with paprika, garlic powder, salt, and pepper, then remove and set aside.
Add olive oil to the same skillet and sear steak bites for 2 to 3 minutes until browned.
