Equipment

  • 1 oven preheated to 375°F (190°C)
  • 1 baking sheet lined with parchment paper
  • 1 small bowl to mix garlic butter
  • 1 brush for applying garlic butter

Ingredients
  

  • 1/4 cup unsalted butter melted
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 teaspoon dried parsley
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 6 large flour tortillas
  • 12 slices bacon cooked and crumbled
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh chives optional

Instructions
 

  • Combine melted butter, minced garlic, dried parsley, salt, and black pepper in a small bowl and mix well.
  • Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • Lay the flour tortillas flat on a clean surface.
  • Brush each tortilla generously with the garlic butter mixture.
  • Evenly sprinkle crumbled bacon over each tortilla, followed by shredded cheddar and mozzarella cheeses. Add chopped chives if using.
  • Roll up each tortilla tightly from one end into a spiral shape.
  • Place the rolled tortillas seam-side down on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
  • Brush the tops with any remaining garlic butter.
  • Bake for 12 to 15 minutes until tortillas are golden and cheese is melted and bubbly.
  • Remove from oven and allow to cool for a few minutes.
  • Slice each rollup into bite-sized pieces and serve immediately.

  • Customize by adding jalapeños or different cheeses.
