Ingredients
  

  • 1 can refrigerated crescent roll dough or homemade dough
  • 4 large eggs
  • 1 tbsp butter
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/4 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 4 slices cooked bacon or sausage beef or turkey bacon may be substituted
  • 2 tbsp milk
  • 1 tbsp chopped chives or parsley
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • In a bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, salt, and pepper.
  • Melt butter in a nonstick skillet over medium heat, then add egg mixture and cook gently until just set; remove from heat.
  • Unroll crescent dough and separate it into triangles.
  • Place a spoonful of scrambled eggs on each dough triangle, then top with shredded cheddar, mozzarella, and cooked bacon or sausage.
  • Roll up each triangle starting from the wide end and place seam-side down on the prepared baking sheet.
  • Optionally brush rolls with melted butter.
  • Bake for 10–12 minutes until golden brown and cheese is melted.
  • Sprinkle with chopped chives or parsley and serve warm.

Notes

  • Customize with your favorite cheeses or vegetables.
  • Can be made ahead and frozen for quick breakfasts.
  • Use beef or turkey bacon for substitutions.
