- 1 can refrigerated crescent roll dough or homemade dough
- 4 large eggs
- 1 tbsp butter
- 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/4 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 4 slices cooked bacon or sausage beef or turkey bacon may be substituted
- 2 tbsp milk
- 1 tbsp chopped chives or parsley
- Salt and pepper to taste
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
In a bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, salt, and pepper.
Melt butter in a nonstick skillet over medium heat, then add egg mixture and cook gently until just set; remove from heat.
Unroll crescent dough and separate it into triangles.
Place a spoonful of scrambled eggs on each dough triangle, then top with shredded cheddar, mozzarella, and cooked bacon or sausage.
Roll up each triangle starting from the wide end and place seam-side down on the prepared baking sheet.
Optionally brush rolls with melted butter.
Bake for 10–12 minutes until golden brown and cheese is melted.
Sprinkle with chopped chives or parsley and serve warm.
