Chop onions and cook with jalapeños in skillet for 3 minutes; remove excess grease as desired.
Toast hamburger buns in skillet with 2 teaspoons of reserved grease for 1 to 2 minutes or until golden.
Alternatively, cook patties on an inside grill for 4 minutes, flip, add cheese, and melt for 1 to 2 minutes.
Grill bacon for 8 minutes and grill onions with jalapeños for 2 minutes.
Lightly brush buns with grease and grill for 30 seconds on each side without pressing.
Assemble burgers by layering patties, bacon, jalapeños, onions, and toasted buns.
