1 baking dish sprayed with non-stick spray
1 oven preheated to 350°F
- 14 oz party size bag of Nacho Cheese Doritos
- 1½ to 2 lbs ground beef
- 1 can 10¾ oz cheddar cheese soup
- 1 can 10¾ oz cream of chicken soup
- 1 can 12 oz evaporated milk
- 1 can 4 oz diced green chilies
- 2 to 3 cups shredded Mexican cheese
- Optional: taco seasoning packet
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
Brown ground beef in a large pan over medium heat until cooked through, then drain excess fat.
Add cheddar cheese soup, cream of chicken soup, evaporated milk, and diced green chilies to the pan; stir to combine and heat until bubbly.
Spray a baking dish with non-stick spray.
Layer half of the crushed Doritos on the bottom of the baking dish.
Spread half of the meat mixture over the Doritos and sprinkle about one cup of shredded Mexican cheese on top.
Repeat with remaining Doritos, meat mixture, and cheese.
Bake for 20 minutes until cheese is melted and casserole is heated through.
