Ingredients
  

  • 4 corn or flour tortillas
  • 1 cup pizza sauce or marinara sauce
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 cup assorted toppings pepperoni, bell peppers, olives, etc.
  • 1 teaspoon Italian herbs basil, oregano
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  • Slice tortillas into triangles or squares for even chips.
  • Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and arrange the tortilla pieces in a single layer.
  • Spread a thin layer of pizza sauce over each chip.
  • Sprinkle shredded mozzarella cheese and add chosen toppings on each chip.
  • Season with Italian herbs, garlic powder, and crushed red pepper flakes.
  • Bake for 10 to 12 minutes until cheese bubbles and edges turn golden brown.
  • Remove from oven and allow chips to cool for a few minutes to achieve maximum crunch.
