- 1 pound fresh lump crab meat drained and patted dry
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs or panko
- 1 egg beaten
- 1/4 cup flour
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/2 teaspoon paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
