- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 teaspoons Italian seasoning or dried basil oregano, and thyme mix
- 1 medium onion diced
- 3 cloves garlic minced
- 1 tablespoon olive oil or neutral oil

Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat and cook diced onion until translucent, about 5 minutes.
Add minced garlic and cook for an additional minute, stirring frequently.
Add ground beef to the skillet, breaking it apart, and cook until browned, about 6 to 8 minutes. Season with salt and pepper.
In a separate pot, bring salted water to a boil and cook pasta until al dente according to package instructions, then drain.
Pour vegetable broth into the skillet with the cooked beef and stir in the heavy cream; let simmer for about 3 minutes.
Gradually add grated Parmesan cheese, stirring until melted and sauce is creamy.
Gently stir in the cooked pasta to coat it evenly with the sauce. Adjust seasoning if needed.
Serve hot, garnished with extra Parmesan cheese if desired, alongside garlic bread or fresh salad.
