- 1 1/2 pounds peeled and diced potatoes
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 tablespoon seasoned salt
- 3 boneless skinless chicken breasts diced
- 1 tablespoon Cajun seasoning
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 1 cup heavy whipping cream
- 1 cup shredded Parmesan cheese
Preheat air fryer to 400°F.
Rinse and dry diced potatoes, then toss with olive oil and seasoned salt.
