Ingredients
  

  • 1 1/2 pounds peeled and diced potatoes
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon seasoned salt
  • 3 boneless skinless chicken breasts diced
  • 1 tablespoon Cajun seasoning
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 1 cup heavy whipping cream
  • 1 cup shredded Parmesan cheese

Instructions
 

  • Preheat air fryer to 400°F.
  • Rinse and dry diced potatoes, then toss with olive oil and seasoned salt.
  • Cook seasoned potatoes in the air fryer for about 20 minutes, shaking occasionally.
  • Season diced chicken with Cajun seasoning, onion powder, garlic powder, and paprika.
  • In a skillet over medium-high heat, cook chicken for 7-8 minutes until fully cooked.
  • Remove chicken from skillet and reduce heat to low.
  • Add butter to skillet and melt, then stir in heavy cream and Parmesan cheese until smooth.
  • Combine cooked chicken and potatoes with the sauce, tossing to coat evenly.
  • Serve warm.

Notes

  • Use fresh or frozen diced potatoes for convenience.
  • Adjust Cajun seasoning to your preferred spice level.
  • Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
