Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and spray a 9x13-inch baking dish with cooking spray.
Slice the Hawaiian rolls in half lengthwise, keeping the rolls connected, and place the bottom half in the baking dish.
Layer the sliced deli turkey evenly over the bottom half of the rolls.
Spread the cranberry sauce evenly over the turkey layer.
Place the slices of Havarti or provolone cheese on top of the cranberry sauce.
Cover the cheese with the top half of the rolls.
In a small bowl, combine melted butter, Worcestershire sauce, Dijon mustard, minced dried onion, poppy seeds, and minced fresh chives; stir well.
Brush the butter mixture generously over the tops of the rolls.
Cover the baking dish with foil and bake for 15-18 minutes until heated through and cheese has melted.
Remove the foil and bake an additional 3-5 minutes until the tops are golden brown.
Serve the sliders warm and enjoy.
