  • 2 cups fresh cranberries
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1/2 cup sliced fresh jalapeños
  • 1/4 cup apple cider vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt

Instructions
 

  • Combine sugar and water in a medium saucepan over medium heat, stirring until sugar dissolves.
  • Add cranberries and jalapeños, bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for 10 minutes until cranberries burst.
  • Stir in apple cider vinegar, garlic powder, onion powder, and salt; mix thoroughly.
  • Simmer the mixture for an additional 5 minutes to concentrate flavors.
  • Remove from heat; cool to room temperature before transferring to glass jars and sealing tightly.
  • Refrigerate for at least 24 hours before serving to develop full flavor.
