Ingredients
  

  • 8 oz cream cheese softened
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 2 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 1 package Oreo cookies
  • 1 cup pancake mix
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • Vegetable oil for frying

Instructions
 

  • Combine softened cream cheese, powdered sugar, and 1 tsp vanilla extract in a bowl until smooth to make the cream cheese filling.
  • Mix granulated sugar and ground cinnamon in a shallow dish to create the churro sugar coating.
  • Separate Oreo cookies and spread cream cheese filling on one half, then sandwich with the other half.
  • Whisk pancake mix, milk, and 1 tsp vanilla extract together until smooth and pourable to form the batter.
  • Heat vegetable oil in a deep pot to 350-375°F.
  • Dip the assembled Oreos in the pancake batter, then fry them in hot oil until golden brown.
  • Immediately coat fried Oreos in the cinnamon-sugar mixture and set on a wire rack to cool.
