Ingredients
  

  • 1 1/2 lb raw shrimp peeled and deveined
  • 2 tbsp avocado oil
  • 1 tsp smoked paprika
  • 2 tsp ground cumin
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • Zest of 2 limes
  • Freshly ground black pepper to taste
  • 8 leaves Romaine or butter lettuce
  • 1 large avocado sliced
  • 1 handful fresh cilantro chopped
  • 1 red chili thinly sliced
  • Juice of 2 limes
  • Sea salt to taste

Instructions
 

  • Peel and devein the shrimp if needed.
  • In a bowl, combine shrimp, avocado oil, smoked paprika, ground cumin, minced garlic, lime zest, and freshly ground black pepper; toss to coat evenly.
  • Heat a skillet over medium-high heat and cook shrimp for 2 to 3 minutes on each side until pink and opaque.
  • Wash and dry the lettuce leaves.
  • Slice avocado and chop cilantro.
  • Assemble the wraps by placing shrimp on each lettuce leaf, then top with avocado slices, cilantro, and sliced red chili.
  • Squeeze fresh lime juice over the wraps and season with sea salt and black pepper to taste.
  • Serve immediately and enjoy.
