Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups cooked shredded chicken
  • 3 medium zucchinis sliced
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes halved
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 cup cream cheese softened
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • Fresh basil for garnish optional

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • In a large mixing bowl, combine shredded chicken, sliced zucchinis, cherry tomatoes, mozzarella cheese, cream cheese, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper; mix well.
  • Drizzle olive oil evenly on the bottom of a 9x13 inch baking dish.
  • Transfer the chicken and zucchini mixture to the baking dish and spread evenly.
  • Sprinkle grated Parmesan cheese over the top of the mixture.
  • Bake for 25-30 minutes until zucchini is tender and cheese is bubbly and golden brown.
  • Remove from oven and let cool a few minutes before garnishing with fresh basil if desired.

Notes

  • Adjust seasonings to your taste preference.
  • Can be prepared ahead and refrigerated before baking.
  • Ensure zucchinis are sliced evenly for consistent cooking.
