- 1 bell pepper sliced
- 1 onion sliced
- 2 cloves garlic minced
- 1 teaspoon chili powder
- 1 teaspoon cumin
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 2 cups cooked rice
- 1/4 cup fresh cilantro chopped
- Lime wedges for serving
Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
Add the sliced chicken and season with chili powder, cumin, paprika, salt, and pepper.
