Ingredients
  

  • 2 boneless skinless chicken breasts
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 ½ cups heavy whipping cream
  • 2 cups shredded Parmesan cheese
  • Frozen garlic toast slices
  • 3 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • Seasonings: onion powder garlic powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper

Instructions
 

  • Coat chicken breasts with olive oil and season with onion powder, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  • Cook chicken in a skillet over medium-high heat until fully cooked (165°F), about 7-10 minutes, then dice into small pieces.
  • In the same skillet over low heat, melt butter, then add heavy cream and Parmesan cheese; stir until creamy.
  • Place frozen garlic toast on a baking sheet; top with shredded mozzarella cheese and diced chicken.
  • Cover with foil and bake at 350°F for 10-15 minutes until cheese is melted and toast is crispy.
  • Drizzle the creamy Alfredo sauce over each piece before serving warm.
