  • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 4 large flour tortillas
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil or butter

Instructions
 

  • Combine shredded chicken, cheddar cheese, cream cheese, garlic, onion powder, black pepper, and parsley in a bowl until creamy and well mixed.
  • Lay a flour tortilla flat and spoon one-quarter of the filling onto its center.
  • Fold the sides of the tortilla inward, then roll it tightly from the bottom up like a burrito.
  • Heat olive oil or butter in a non-stick skillet over medium heat.
  • Place the wraps seam-side down in the skillet and cook for 2-3 minutes until golden brown.
  • Flip the wraps and cook the other side until golden and crispy.
  • Slice wraps diagonally and serve with a side salad, ranch or chipotle mayo, and extra parsley if desired.
