Equipment

Ingredients
  

  • 2 large boneless skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 4 large flour tortillas
  • 4 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 cup fresh spinach leaves optional
  • 1/2 cup sour cream for serving
  • 1/4 cup fresh cilantro chopped (for garnish)

Instructions
 

  • Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat, then sauté minced garlic for 1 minute.
  • Season chicken breasts with paprika, onion powder, oregano, salt, and pepper.
  • Cook chicken in the pan 6-7 minutes per side until fully cooked.
  • Remove chicken and let rest for 2 minutes before slicing thinly.
  • Place a tortilla on a flat surface and layer mozzarella and cheddar cheese in the center.
  • Add sliced chicken, optional spinach, and a spoonful of sour cream.
  • Fold the tortilla sides inward and roll tightly.
  • Heat a clean pan over medium heat and cook the wrap seam-side down for 2-3 minutes per side until golden and crispy.
  • Garnish with chopped fresh cilantro and serve warm.

Notes

  • Use pre-cooked rotisserie chicken to save time.
  • Substitute with whole wheat or spinach tortillas for added nutrition.
  • Add hot sauce or jalapeños for extra spice.
  • Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge up to 2 days.
