- 2 large boneless skinless chicken breasts
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 4 large flour tortillas
- 4 cloves garlic minced
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 cup fresh spinach leaves optional
- 1/2 cup sour cream for serving
- 1/4 cup fresh cilantro chopped (for garnish)
Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat, then sauté minced garlic for 1 minute.
Season chicken breasts with paprika, onion powder, oregano, salt, and pepper.
Cook chicken in the pan 6-7 minutes per side until fully cooked.
Remove chicken and let rest for 2 minutes before slicing thinly.
Place a tortilla on a flat surface and layer mozzarella and cheddar cheese in the center.
Add sliced chicken, optional spinach, and a spoonful of sour cream.
Fold the tortilla sides inward and roll tightly.
Heat a clean pan over medium heat and cook the wrap seam-side down for 2-3 minutes per side until golden and crispy.
Garnish with chopped fresh cilantro and serve warm.
