Ingredients
  

  • 1 can 8 oz refrigerated crescent roll dough
  • 4 oz cream cheese softened
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/4 cup diced jalapeños fresh or pickled
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 egg beaten (for egg wash)

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • Unroll crescent roll dough and separate into triangles.
  • In a mixing bowl, combine softened cream cheese, cheddar, diced jalapeños, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper until well blended.
  • Spoon cheese mixture onto the wide end of each triangle.
  • Roll dough from the wide end to the point, enclosing the filling.
  • Arrange rolled bites on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
  • Brush tops with beaten egg for a golden finish.
  • Bake for 12 to 15 minutes until golden brown and puffed.
  • Remove from oven and cool slightly before serving.

Notes

  • Add extra jalapeños or spicy cheese for more heat.
  • Prepare ahead and refrigerate before baking.
  • Serve with ranch or blue cheese dressing for dipping.
