Ingredients
  

  • 2 flatbreads or naan breads
  • 1 cup cooked chicken breast shredded
  • 1/4 cup buffalo wing sauce
  • 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/4 cup blue cheese crumbles
  • 1/4 cup thinly sliced red onion
  • 1/4 cup finely chopped celery
  • 2 tablespoons ranch dressing
  • 1 tablespoon melted butter
  • Fresh parsley chopped (optional)
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
  • In a small bowl, combine shredded chicken and buffalo wing sauce until thoroughly coated.
  • Brush melted butter over each flatbread and arrange them on a baking sheet.
  • Spread the buffalo chicken mixture evenly over the flatbreads.
  • Sprinkle mozzarella cheese and blue cheese crumbles evenly on top.
  • Add sliced red onion and chopped celery over the cheeses.
  • Bake in the oven for 10 to 12 minutes until cheese melts and edges are crispy.
  • Remove from oven and drizzle ranch dressing over the pizzas.
  • Season with salt and pepper to taste and garnish with fresh parsley if desired.
  • Slice and serve warm.
