Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups cooked rice
  • 1 cup diced ham
  • 2 cups chopped broccoli
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • In a large bowl, combine cooked rice, diced ham, chopped broccoli, and shredded cheddar cheese.
  • In a separate bowl, whisk together milk, eggs, salt, and black pepper until smooth.
  • Pour the egg mixture over the rice mixture and stir until well combined.
  • Transfer the mixture to a greased baking dish and spread evenly.
  • Bake for 30 to 35 minutes, or until the casserole is set and golden on top.
  • Allow to cool for 5 minutes before serving.
