- 6 large eggs
- ½ teaspoon garlic powder
- ⅛ teaspoon cayenne pepper

- 4 large flour tortillas warmed
- 2 cups roasted or pan-fried potatoes
- 1 cup grated cheddar cheese
- 1 cup cooked breakfast sausage cut into pieces
- 5 slices bacon cooked and sliced

Melt butter in a skillet over medium heat, then add eggs, garlic powder, cayenne, salt, and pepper; stir and cook until fully set.
